Relax, Release Tension and Feel Refreshed

Seated Chair Massage is a convenient and relaxing treatment carried out while you remain fully clothed, seated comfortably on a specially designed massage chair.

The chair supports your body while allowing me to work on areas where tension commonly builds up, including your back, shoulders, neck, head and arms.

Using a combination of massage techniques and gentle stretches, the treatment helps ease muscular tension, encourages relaxation and leaves you feeling refreshed.

What Does the Treatment Involve?

Seated Chair Massage is ideal if you prefer not to lie on a massage couch, remove clothing or have a full-body massage.

The treatment focuses on the upper body and can be adapted to suit your individual needs and preferences. It can be carried out without oils or lotions, although oils can be incorporated if you prefer.

Because the treatment is performed while seated and fully clothed, it's a convenient way to enjoy the benefits of massage without the need for a lengthy treatment.

The Benefits

Seated Chair Massage may help to:

• Ease tension in the neck, shoulders and back.
• Relax tight muscles and encourage comfortable movement.
• Reduce feelings of stress and tension.
• Relieve feelings of stiffness associated with everyday activities.
• Encourage relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
• Give you a welcome opportunity to pause and recharge.
